HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
For UK and ROI customers, unsuitable items can be returned within 7 days of the date shown on the dispatch note if you require a cash refund. If you are returning an item to be exchanged or to receive store credit, the the item can be returned within 14 days from the date show on the dispatch not.
For International customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 7 days of the date you receive the parcel.
Please return unsuitable items in their original NeedThatLook.com packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your return and refund you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the proof of postage information on your Post office receipt and we will look into this for you.
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
We don’t currently have an online return tracking system, butyou can check to see if it has been delivered to us by inputing your tracking number on www.royalmail.com/track-trace. Kindly note it can take 3 - 5 working days for the refund payment to show on your account, depending on your card issuer, once the refund has been processed.
DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
We will refund the postage charge if you have cancelled your contract with us in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Please see our Returns Policy for more information on your cancellation rights. This Means we will only refund you postal costs if we are at fault for any reason.
CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OF FAULTY ITEM?
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are in any way faulty or incorrect, you MUST contact us within 48 hours by email on email@example.com, so we can resolve the issue, and maintain customer satisfaction. It is your responsibility to ensure the faulty goods are returned within 5 working days. A postage refund for returned faulty goods will require a postage receipt, returned with the product.
