Below we have listed information on how you go about sending your garments back for processing. Please read our Returns Policy in FULL before attempting to Return an item(s).
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
For UK & ROI Customers, Unsuitable items can be Returned within 7 DAYS of receipt for a Refund. You may Return your item within 14 DAYS for Store Credit or to Exchange your item from the date of receiving your goods.
DO YOU OFFER FREE POSTAGE ON RETURN?
We do not offer Free Returns at the present moment, We encure a shipping cost when dispatching an item and are unable to cover the cost of an item returned due to prefrence.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please follow the instructions listed below for returning your parcel to us.
1.) Ensure you have read the Returns Policy in FULL. If you do not follow these instruction your Return may be REJECTED.
2.) Ensure all Labels/Tags are present on the garment. Items MUST be in a re-saleable condition.
3.) Re-package your order in its original packaging or in a secure, Waterproof package.
4.) Download and Print/Handwrite the Returns Form : www.needthatlook.com/return-form/
5.) Return your item with all documents completed and within your parcel. We strongly recommend using a Recorded or Tracked service. We cannot take responsibility in this event your parcel is delayed or lost in transit by Royal Mail. You are protected by using a Recorded mail service and we would advise using it. Retain your tracking number in the event your parcel becomes lost in transit. This is a much more sensible and secure option as oppoased to dending an item back by placing it in a letterbox with stamps.
6.) Allow 21 DAYS from the date your item was returned for our team to process it. Please do not email our team before this 21 DAY window has passed as they will be unable to assist you. If you have used as Tracked/Recorded service, you will be able to locate the whereabouts of your parcel that way.
7.) Your Return will be processed within 21 DAYS and Refunded to you using the ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD used by at the checkout.
YOUR RETURN WILL BE REJECTED IF
1.) Your Item contains any Makeup, Fake-Tan, Lotions, Creams, Perfume or Markings.
2.) Your Item is returned after 14 Days from the date of arrivial.
3.) Your item is returned is an Unsuitable and Non-resaleable condition.
4.) Items reduced to under £8.00 are deemed FINAL SALE and are non-refundable.
5.) Your items is DAMAGED either by Yourself, Machine Washing or Wear/Tear.
Please note: If your Return Is Rejected Because of any Reasons Above. We will email you to explain why. It is the customers Responsiblity to ensure all Items Meet our Return Criteria before posting them back, If any Items are returned to us which do not meet this criteria it will be the customers responsibility to arrange collection of these items within 4 weeks. After this time they will be donated to Charity, or destroyed. Alternativly if you wish we can Post your Rejected Return Back to You at a Cost of £6.95 Per Item.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your Return and refund you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse. Refunds are often processed sooner than this, however it is important you allow this time to pass before chasing up a Return. Please do not contact team regarding your return until after this 21 day window. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the proof of postage information on your Post office receipt and we will look into this for you as a top priority.
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
Your Return will be processed within 21 days from the point we receive it. If you Returned your parcel using a Tracked service, You will be able to locate the whereabouts of your parcel and the date in which it arrived for processing on the appropriate website. You will not receive any notification from ourselves upon the arrivial of your Return. You will be notifed via email upon completion of your Return.
CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
Yes, course you can, Just complete our returns form and write the requested size on the form. Please see our Address below. Please title the Return to our Exchanges department. This way you exchange will be processed much quicker.
Please Note. If you're exchanging for a different size, we'll cover the re-delivery charge. If you wish to exchange for a different item you as the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery charge of £3.95.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OF FAULTY ITEM?
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are in any way faulty or incorrect, you MUST contact us within 48 hours by email on email@example.com, so we can resolve the issue, and maintain customer satisfaction. It is your responsibility to ensure the faulty goods are returned within 7 DAYS. A postage refund for returned faulty goods will be given to the value of Royal Mail 1st Class only. We will not cover any Premium or Courier charges for returning this item.
