We're sorry to hear that your item isnt perfect for you. We are more than happy to help you easily process a Return either for a Refnd or to exchange for a more suitable size & fit. Below we have listed information on how you go about sending your garments back for processing.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

For UK & ROI Customers, Unsuitable items can be Returned within 7 days of receipt for a cash refund. You may Return your item within 14 days for Store Credit or to Exchange your item from the date of receiving your goods. 

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE POSTAGE ON RETURN?

We do not offer Free Returns at the present moment, We encure a shipping cost when dispatching an item and are unable to cover the cost of an item returned due to prefrence.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please follow the instructions listed below for returning your parcel to us.

Re-pack the item in its original NeedThatLook.com packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with the labels and tags still attached. Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Items which have be worn, soiled or damaged cannot be accepted and returns on items like this will not be processed, We recommend you take extra care when trying on items as we cannot refund any items that are marked with fake tan, makeup, oils or creams.Complete the NeedThatLook.com Return form (which can be downloaded below) and enclose it with your return parcel. If you are unable to print it out the returns form, the required information can be handwritten on a piece of paper instead.
Return the package by using the Post Office’s Tracked Service and obtain a tracking number from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a tracking number.
Keep your tracking number safe as you will need this should Royal Mail lose your Parcel. NeedThatLook.com and LFG Online Ltd can not be held responsible for returns lost by Royal Mail, it is the customers responsibilty to claim from Royal mail for any lost return)
Customers who use a free postage offer will have £3.95 deducted from the amount refunded.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We aim to process your Return and refund you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse. Refunds are often processed sooner than this, however it is important you allow this time to pass before chasing up a Return. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item, please email care@needthatlook.com with the proof of postage information on your Post office receipt and we will look into this for you.

 

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

Your Return will be processed within 21 days from the point we receive it. If you Returned your parcel using a Tracked service, You will be able to locate the whereabouts of your parcel and the date in which it arrived for processing on the appropriate website.

 

DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

Once you've placed your order on the website, you will be shown an order confirmation message, which will contain your unique order number. Your order number will also be emailed to the email address you have supplied us with. Please be aware that it can take up to 30 minutes for email confirmations to arrive in your inbox. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

 

CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

Yes, course you can, Just complete our returns form and write the requested size on the form. Please see our Address below. Please title the Return to our Exchanges department. This way you exchange will be processed much quicker.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OF FAULTY ITEM?

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are in any way faulty or incorrect, you MUST contact us within 48 hours by email on care@needthatlook.com, so we can resolve the issue, and maintain customer satisfaction. It is your responsibility to ensure the faulty goods are returned within 7 days. A postage refund for returned faulty goods will require a postage receipt, returned with the product.

Final Sale Items, Any Item purchased at £4.95 or Less is deemed as final sale and no returns will be accepted. Any return will be issued store credit to the value of the item excluding any pre-paid postage fees.
