For UK & ROI customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 7 days of the date shown on the dispatch note to return for a cash refund, and upto 14 days for store credit or an exchange..For International customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 7 days of the date you recieve the parcel.Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear due to hygeine reasons.

Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.2. Items must be Returned in a re-saleable condition. Items which have be worn, soiled or damaged cannot be accepted and will be rejected as a return. Please take extra care when trying on your Garments. We cannot refund items that are marked with Fake tan, makeup, Oils or creams.3. Complete our return form online and enclose it with your return parcel, Don't worry if you can't print it out just handwrite the information on a piece of paper and enclose.4. Return the package by using the Post Office counters Tracked Service and obtain a tracking number from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a tracking number.5. Keep your tracking number safe as you will need this should Royal Mail Lose your Parcel.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your return and refund you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item, Please email Customercare@needthatlook.com with the proof of postage information on your Post office receipt and we will look into this for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
Unfortunatly we can not track the status untill the return has been completed, You can Track to see if it has been delivered to us by inputing your tracking number on www.royalmail.com/track-trace. Kindly note it can take 3 - 5 working days for the payment to show on your account, depending on your card issuer, once the refund has been processed.
DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
We will refund the postage charge if you have cancelled your contract with us in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Please see our Returns Policy for more information on your cancellation rights. This Means we will only refund you postal costs if we are at fault for any reason.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We're sorry to hear that you've recieved an incorrect or faulty item. Please message our facebook page www.facebook.com/needthatlook with your order ID, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to recieve and further details of the problem. Please return the item to us by following the procedure stated in the "How do i return an item?" section, and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
